Growth Specialist: User Acquisition & Community Building
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Growth Specialist to lead user acquisition and community building efforts for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem and be able to develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish presence in trading communities through active engagement and content creation.

- Provide personalized onboarding for new users to ensure seamless product adoption.
- Design and implement user-centric community building initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Strong understanding or ability to learn about the Indian trading ecosystem.
- Community-first mindset with excellent online communication skills.
- Action-oriented approach with resilience in handling rejection and persisting towards goals.
