The Client Accounting Services Manager will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional client service, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. This key member will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with internal teams to support implementation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of client accounting service professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client experiences and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data and trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in US accounting, including people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with commonly used accounting software.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to effectively manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, timelines, and projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
