Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager who can lead our company's expansion into new markets, secure strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, actively driving growth and delivering high-impact results.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing partnerships, generating high-quality leads, and creating new revenue streams. They will be responsible for identifying and targeting new markets, establishing our company's presence, and creating actionable plans for market entry.

This role requires someone with a proven track record of driving new business growth, securing partnerships, and penetrating new markets. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically while executing quickly and effectively, and must be willing to make tough decisions and hold team members accountable for performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in business development, with a proven record in the pharma, biotech, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in drug discovery and development
  • Proven success in driving new business growth, securing partnerships, and penetrating new markets
  • Results-driven and capable of delivering growth against set targets
  • Hands-on leadership and ability to lead by example
  • Strong negotiator and closer with ability to drive discussions with C-level executives
