Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts. Your key responsibilities will include developing and owning the business development funnel/pipeline to increase prospective clients/businesses.

  • Orienting organic growth by developing business growth leads to expand scope with current clients and build new opportunities.
  • Inorganic growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Vertical growth by increasing market share in SCM & Warehousing and Transportation businesses.
  • Sector growth by developing markets in Healthcare, Malls and retail, Commercial office spaces, Pharma, Auto, etc.
  • Geographical growth by generating leads in key markets across Pan India.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in BD or a relevant position, having good market knowledge, and client networking and connections.
  • Well-versed in SCM operations and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical thinking.

Preferrably, candidates should be graduates in any discipline/IHM/ engineering/ business administration or relevant field. Relevant competencies, skill sets, and experience are also welcome. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing our business development strategy. We are looking for an individual who can develop and execute BD strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and owning the BD funnel/pipeline to increase prospective clients/businesses.

  • Strategic partnerships and collaborations to grow verticals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the facility industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and implementation.
  • Ability to build on existing relationships and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Graduate in any discipline/IHM/engineering/business administration or relevant field.

Skills Required:

  • Passion for developing and executing BD strategies to drive business growth.
  • Proven business/sales experience in the facility industry.
  • Well-versed in SCM operations and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
