Key Responsibilities:
  • To devise and implement effective business strategies to achieve productivity, new premium, persistency goals.
  • Take ownership of market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and drive sales growth.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Build and manage a key relationship with a prominent bank, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high channel satisfaction ratings.
  • Lead the overall business for assigned areas (4-5 branches), encompassing business development, sales, relationship management, operational support, and training initiatives.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned business verticals.
  • Oversee all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for assigned business verticals.
  • Drive business growth through credit life/group initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report business results at desired intervals to reporting authorities.
  • Ensure compliant business practices and uphold ethical standards among employees in Insurance sales.
  • Cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI Clients).
  • Maintain high channel satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
