Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients in the Hospitality Segment.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, requiring the ability to drive revenue, foster client engagement, and collaborate closely with our product development team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue them.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment with customer requirements and preferences.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of professional B2B sales experience, preferably in the IoT or energy optimization industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adept at creating demand for new generation technology solutions and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to travel as required.
