At LawSikho, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional support to our students.
About the Role:The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our students through various channels. This includes responding promptly and effectively to inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures, and proactively reaching out to students to understand and address their concerns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Google Sheets and Docs as well as customer support software. They will also have a good understanding of management practices and techniques, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries via email and phone, ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing Information: Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures to students, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Proactive Support: Proactively reach out to students to understand and address their concerns, monitoring and evaluating student feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement in the support process.
- Addressing Complaints: Address and resolve student complaints and concerns, focusing on achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with company course offerings, updates, and promotions, continuously educating yourself about the online education industry and relevant trends.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs, as well as customer support software.
- Other Requirements: Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
