Technical Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a technical support professional.
About the Role: As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to users via phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot system problems to identify root causes.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Mac systems, Windows systems, Google Administration, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
