Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a technical support professional.

About the Role: As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to users via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot system problems to identify root causes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge of Mac systems, Windows systems, Google Administration, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
