This role requires an exceptional blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth. As a Technical Support & Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing insightful answers during product demos, guiding new clients through setup, and supporting customers with complex queries.

  • You will collaborate with Account Executives to answer customer technical questions during sales demos.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how they can achieve their goals by leveraging our software capabilities.
  • Support sales teams by designing creative solutions to address customer needs, such as combining channels like SMS, email, and IVR when data is incomplete.
  • Assist with customer support by addressing technical product inquiries and guiding users through effective solutions.
  • Explain product features, integrations, and workflows in clear, concise language.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and technical setup to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Handle customer support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical queries and enhance our offerings.
  • Document FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and simple technical guides to empower customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or software support (SaaS/IT/software background preferred).
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to design creative workarounds and practical solutions.
  • Curious and proactive, with strong communication skills, the ability to listen well, ask insightful questions, and anticipate customer concerns.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Good to have experience with APIs, CRMs, or integrations.
  • Willingness to work in the US time zone (6:30 PM IST start time).
