Technical Support Specialist

Esco Lifesciences Group is a leading provider of enabling technologies, products and services to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
The company has an extensive network of sales offices in over 100 countries, direct sales and service operations in over 20 countries, and 8 manufacturing and R&D hubs worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Esco products
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Prepare monthly reports on service performance and application management
- Monitor and improve repair and maintenance activities for operational efficiency
- Determine when to escalate customer concerns and implement resolution strategies
- Develop and maintain service documentation for distribution to field service organizations
- Publish and update online service documentation on the distributor intranet
- Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of equipment promoted by the company
- Deliver hands-on training for field service personnel internationally (with at least 20% travel)
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Engineering or related field
- At least three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits
- A valid driver's license and experience driving both automatic and manual vehicles
