Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project timelines and deliverables while preparing status reports.
  • Manage project resources and stakeholders across Group Companies.
  • Create communication documents for Automation Services initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate services and capabilities to internal customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven delivery management or project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with senior management.
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
  • Logical, analytical, and pragmatic thinking to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Business-level English (written and verbal).
  • ServiceNow domain knowledge.
  • Formal PM Certification (e.g., PMI PMP, Prince2).
  • ITIL Certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a financial services organization.
  • Experience working as part of or with a global team.
