Job Description

The ServiceNow Global Partners and Channels organization is a key growth engine for the company, requiring a dynamic leader to manage relationships within partners for the Enterprise South business. This role reports to the GPC leader of India and involves creating executive relationships, strategic engagement, and market penetration. Ideally based in Mumbai, India, the ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in managing partners for the Enterprise vertical and possessing a solid understanding of the aligned partners' business model and organizational matrix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a joint business plan to drive partner relationships, including executive interlocks, solution and industry focus, and business development plans.
  • Promote the ServiceNow value proposition and its capabilities to enable partners to build a profitable and sustainable ServiceNow business.
  • Drive partner growth through the three C's – Capacity, Capability, and Customer Success.
  • Support the Sales organization by growing their partner influence business relative to their sales effort and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the partner relationship, including sourcing new opportunities for the sales team and developing capacity plans to ensure partner readiness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams on joint demand generation plans and support joint sales pursuit activities.
  • Develop and execute joint solution development plans, emphasizing industry verticals and markets.
  • Provide regular communication and transparency to promote the success of the partnership.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in managing partners for the Enterprise software alliances or software consulting market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding business performance objectives and possessing excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience operating within a dynamic virtual team environment and capable of performing within a fast-paced and high-growth company.
  • High degree of business acumen with sales, marketing, and solution development, with an MBA or equivalent a plus.
