Job Purpose:

As a Sales Manager-Home Loans Prime at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for generating home loan business through various channels. You will administer and train a team of sales teams to expand home loan business in their locality/branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely achievement of monthly sales targets for acquisition of new to bank and existing to bank customers.
  2. Pitch existing liability customers for home loans.
  3. Ensure month-on-month growth in execution-only platform assets for gold loan business per branch.
  4. Maintain a minimum of 1% fee income of total disbursals.
  5. Conduct regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases to ensure minimum renewal pending cases.
  6. Coordinate with valuers on a timely basis.
  7. Ensure most customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms.
  8. Ensure healthy collections with zero FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
  9. Be aware of and adhere to Priority Sector Lending norms.
  10. Assist the branch liability team in audits and ensure effective communication to customers before any packet opening.
  11. Conduct marketing activities in the local market for generating new to bank gold loan customers.
  12. Demonstrate a willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
  13. Perform ad-hoc activities as per the requirement of the department.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Any graduate.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in home loan sales.
