Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Territory Manager for Personal Loans, you will be responsible for generating personal loan business through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly sales targets are met for NTB and ETB customers.
  • Pitch existing liability customers for home loans.
  • Drive month-on-month growth in EOP Assets for Gold loan business.
  • Ensure fee income is at least 1% of total disbursals.
  • Perform customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases.
  • Coordinate with valuers on a timely basis.
  • Ensure customers align with valuation charges as per product norms.
  • Maintain healthy collections with no FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
  • Prioritize PSL tagging and be aware of PSL norms.
  • Support branch liability team in audits and ensure proper communication with customers.
  • Conduct marketing activities to generate NTB gold loan customers.
  • Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc activities as required by the department.

Requirements

Qualifications: Any graduate, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in personal loan sales.
