  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitors in the gold loan market, and share findings with the central product team.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase visibility of our gold loan products in the target branch area, and monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Recruit and manage a team of sales managers and sales officers to ensure optimal productivity and performance.
  • Maintain cost of acquisition within acceptable limits.
  • Drive branch-level sales performance to meet direct sales targets for disbursements and book outstanding amounts.
  • Build a healthy and profitable portfolio for the gold loan business.
  • Monitor collection and recovery efforts to ensure delinquency rates remain below permissible limits.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in sales process management in the FMCG or direct sales industry.
  • Understanding of the gold loan sales process and marketing strategies.
  • Awareness of the documentation required for gold loan products and knowledge of the competition.
