Kitchen Operations Manager

This position oversees the planning and execution of kitchen operations, ensuring timely and efficient food production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include directing staff, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates all direct reports.
- Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms.
- Must be able to read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes by maintaining the quality and consistency in taste according to the instructions provided by corporate office.
- Must be proficient in completing tasks, work efficiently and productively.
- Must be able to work in any section of a kitchen.
Qualified candidates will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of culinary practices. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
