Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. You will also manage everyday operations of outlets and Central Kitchen, ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored for compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Assist Operations Manager in policy, planning, and strategy decision-making.
2) Manage daily operations of outlets and Central Kitchen.

3) Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

4) Assist Operations Manager in planning short and long-term goals, including expansions.

5) Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

6) Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

7) Reduce Operational costs.

8) Communicate and coordinate with delivery portals.

9) Improve customer experience at all outlets.

Requirements: To succeed as an Operations Executive, you must have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You should also have a solid understanding of business operations and be able to make informed decisions quickly. Additionally, you should be proactive, results-driven, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
