Key Responsibilities :

- Scope, Effort & Timeline Management : Collaborate closely with the Product and Delivery teams to finalize the scope, effort estimates, and timelines for various modules and features within D365 F&O projects.

- Design & Architecture : Perform in-depth design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. You will be responsible for authoring High-Level Design Documents and implementing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on project priorities.

- Development & Extensibility : Leverage your deep expertise in D365 F&O development frameworks and extensibility models to build robust and scalable solutions. This includes extensive hands-on work with the X++ programming language.

- DevOps & Deployment : Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to seamlessly deploy code into various environments (Non-Production and Production), leveraging Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Manage the product backlog, provide technical guidance, and effectively mentor development teams, fostering their growth and ensuring optimal performance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work effectively within an Onshore/Offshore working model, articulating information clearly and managing time effectively to ensure smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Problem Solving : Apply strong understanding of Software Design Patterns, Data Entities, OData, Custom Services, and Batch Framework to solve complex technical challenges.

Academic Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Experience :

Primary Skills :

- 8 to 12 Years of Total experience in Information Technology.

- 4+ years of Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).

- 4+ years of Hands-on experience in Web Application Development.

- 2+ years of Hands-on experience in an Onshore/Offshore Working Model.

- Deep expertise in D365 F&O development frameworks and extensibility models.

- Expertise in X++ programming language.

- Deep experience with Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Software Design Patterns.

- Deep understanding of Data Entities, OData, Custom Services, and Batch Framework.

Secondary Skills (Awareness is a Plus) :

- Awareness of Azure Services & Components.

- Awareness of Web Application Development using Angular & .NET.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, especially in a fast-paced project environment.
