Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Location : Chennai or Hyderabad (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Employment Type : Full-Time (via Info Services)

Notice Period : less than 15 Days

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Salesforce ecosystems including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud, and will be responsible for guiding technical delivery, architecture design, and best practices across diverse teams and clients. This is a hybrid leadership role, combining hands-on technical design with strategic client advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

- Lead functional and technical workshops, steering decision-making and technical direction.

- Utilize Apex Design Patterns, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern UI techniques for robust solution development.

- Architect solutions using Salesforce Industries, driving digital transformation initiatives.

Client Engagement & Advisory

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects and senior business leaders.

- Guide clients through Salesforce best practices, innovation strategy, and architectural roadmaps.

- Manage client expectations and navigate complex solutioning discussions.

Implementation & Governance

- Lead delivery teams in implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Ensure coding standards, design patterns, and integration processes are adhered to.

- Oversee documentation of architecture, development practices, and deployment strategies.

- Proactively highlight and mitigate technical risks and project delivery issues.

Qualifications & Skills :

Required :

- 12-15 years of total IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture/integration.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce custom development (Apex, Lightning, LWC, integrations).

- 3-5 years of experience designing and owning technical architecture for large Salesforce programs.

- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.

- Experience building complex business processes using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Force.com.

Certifications (Mandatory) :

- Platform Developer I (Developer Track)

- At least one Cloud Consultant Certification : (e.g., Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, or Field Service)

- System Architect or Application Architect

Preferred :

- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer II)

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools

- Strong client-facing experience and the ability to drive executive-level conversations

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
