Job Title:

Expert Supply Chain Management Professional

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.

  • Configuring Oracle SCM applications for inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Conducting functional analysis, application gap analysis, and preparing design documentation including use cases, scope documents, business process mapping, and functional designs.
  • Supporting business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validating feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Providing expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensuring security and compliance with company policies for confidential information.
  • Researching, recommending, and implementing innovative SCM technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Hands-on experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of supply chain, warehouse management, and demand & supply planning.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
