As a seasoned supply chain professional, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process with expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategic supply chain plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
