Job Role: Supply Chain Strategist

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Your primary objective will be to engage with clients, understand their supply chain challenges, and architect robust solutions using the OMP platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements
  • Designing and configuring OMP modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling) to optimize supply chain operations
  • Validating and testing functional components to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Leading solution workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize disruption
  • Partnering with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions that meet or exceed client expectations

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
  • Experience with OMP or comparable planning tools is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to solve real-world business problems
