Job Description

Sales and operations planning is a critical function in any organization, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise. As a Sales & Operations Planning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and operations strategies.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading S&OP functions and possess a strong knowledge of end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP and working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.

As a Sales & Operations Planning Team Leader, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory)
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred)
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus
