We are looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments. Leadership and organization skills are essential to build and manage teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will work closely with design, merchandising, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless collection rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for rapid & profitable growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors, and manufacturers across hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Tirupur etc.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on quality, speed and cost efficiency.
  • Team Building: Hire, and mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.
