Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our supply chain operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy supplies in various cities, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and driver research activities, supporting cross-functional teams, managing large fleets, and identifying supply gaps within different areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop strategies to onboard new and active drivers, build relationships with local authorities for effective supply management, and establish new channels of acquisition.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and driver research activities to ensure high-quality services.
  • Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional teams, including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams, to drive business growth and success.
  • Fleet Management: Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market share analysis and create plans to improve our footprint in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is a must.
