Our Team is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our pharmaceutical organization.

This individual will be responsible for managing supply chain operations with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and possess a strong understanding of tools and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SOP Development & Process Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with cGMP and internal standards.
  • Evaluate operational procedures to ensure they meet regulatory and audit requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Develop dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms (if any).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
