The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of activities.
This involves managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks, acting as a liaison between stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Drafting and proofreading communications on behalf of others.
- Coordinating communication between executives, employees, and external parties.
- Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
