Job Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting campaigns, shoots, and logistics.

Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and content tracking for creators.

Actively support pre-production and on-site execution of shoots, reels, and content campaigns.

Help track deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules, maintaining calendars and reporting sheets.

Support planning and executing events, pop-ups, or gatherings.

Maintain organized records of content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and use.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, coordination, production, or campaign support
  • Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, trends, and branding
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events
  • Organizational and logistical management skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
