The role of a Construction Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, coordination, and control of construction activities to meet project objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and architects, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Typically requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering (or international equivalent) and a minimum 20 years of relevant experience, or 25 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven construction experience on large Data Center, special industry type projects is mandatory.
  • Experience in PMC and Construction Management leadership role is mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple nationalities.
  • Technical knowledge of all phases of construction engineering relating to the discipline interfacing with all areas
  • Prior experience working in a field engineering or field supervision position in an organization supporting direct-hire work /subcontract is preferred.
  • Experience of Advance work packaging (AWP) process is desired
  • Proficient in reading drawings, interpret design, specifications and industry standards and codes.
  • Prior experience in project early works, Temporary Construction Facilities development, Site set-up.
  • Prior experience with using tools and software's related to Construction planning, proposals, execution, and monitoring is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international job sites on short-term or long-term assignments.
