Job Title: Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting HR and finance operations, assisting the management team, handling client communication, and contributing to social media and marketing activities.

  • Manage office administration tasks, including records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding activities, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing and budget tracking.

You will provide scheduling and administrative support to senior management, act as a point of contact for client communication and relationship management, assist in client onboarding, and maintain client databases.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of social media marketing platforms, organizational and multitasking abilities, familiarity with HR and recruitment processes, and basic finance and accounting understanding.
