At PBL Transport Corporation Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our Institutional Sales team.

As a Sales and Business Development Professional, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture B2B customers for fresh and repeat business. You will work closely with our internal teams to gather information, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of businesses and business practices, preferably with an MBA degree. Excellent communication skills, including English, Hindi, and local languages such as Telugu, are essential. You should also be proficient in MS Office, Internet, and various software systems, such as an ERP and GPS.

In addition, you should be able to travel extensively, sometimes to remote project sites, and possess excellent physical and mental fitness. Your integrity, ethical behavior, patience, and ability to work in a nearly paperless organization will also be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop B2B customers for fresh and repeat business
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Travel extensively, sometimes to remote project sites
