Business Development Representative

Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Greet and direct customers to ensure a positive first impression
• Provide accurate and reliable information about products and services
• Answer customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions
• Cross-sell products and services to increase revenue
• Ensure that racks and displays are fully stocked and well-organized
• Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
