**Instructional Designer Role Overview:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing gamified behavioral learning solutions for employees in client organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for behavioral skills development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging virtual learning experiences using internal and external technology platforms.
  • Create content for learning games, group processes, and interactive case simulations.
  • Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for immersive learning experiences.
  • Develop board games and virtual games for learning (serious games).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact micro-workshops and custom learning content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to write quality content for various mediums.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Understanding of behavioral science and its application in learning and development.
  • Experience with game design, psychology, or information design is desirable.
