They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and creating design systems to ensure consistency across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Hero Vired's web and mobile platforms.">
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and design decisions.">
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.">
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.">
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.">
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.">

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.">
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.">
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.">
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).">
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.">
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.">
