Product Design Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team and help us create innovative solutions for complex problems. Your primary focus will be on designing user-friendly interfaces that simplify workflows and enhance the overall experience of our users.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the design and usability of an AI platform in a rapidly evolving industry. As a Product Designer, you'll have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.
  • Wire framing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • User Research: Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and inform future iterations.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
  • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements.
