About the Job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with over 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design process from ideation to final execution, creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Translating complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
  • Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and evolving the design system and UI guidelines.
  • Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
