Job Description:

As a Workplace Designer, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments. Your ability to combine artistic flair with technical expertise will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver workspaces that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client experience
  • Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience working on workplace design projects and managing a team
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience is a plus
