Product Design Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our product design team and drive the design vision for our products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both our internal teams and external users.

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as your ability to translate complex capabilities and solutions into clear, compelling, and valuable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
