Job Title: Head of Design

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our design operation in India. As the Head of Design, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of 450+ designers across five studios in India.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive design quality, craft, and practice, enhancing overall competency of the team.
  • Evolving service offerings and value propositions to clients, developing new models for agile engagements.
  • Provide strategic design thought leadership to the organisation.
  • Innovate design solutions, defining storyline for pitches and presentations.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, driving new opportunities.
  • Assess performance, providing career mentorship and performance decisions.
  • Help attract top talent to the studios.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including 7+ years of leadership/management experience of teams of 50+ designers.

  • Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with user-centered design processes.
  • Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research.
  • References from clients, team, and peers about your achievements and leadership style.
  • Proven experience building connections globally as a respected leader in the design community.
