Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative visual concepts that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand identity and messaging.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective visual content, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials.
  3. Collaborate with account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements, and develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  4. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, while ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.

The successful Art Director will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Design, preferably in an Advertising agency setting.
  • Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop, with other software skills a plus.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coach and be coached.
  • A well-curated work portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and design.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of comfort presenting work confidently, both internally and externally, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
