Job Title:

Financial Transactions Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process Invoices: Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payments from clients, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and address billing inquiries.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on financial transactions to keep management informed about account status.
  • Collections: Initiate collections efforts, sending reminders and statements, and escalate as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
