Collection Specialist

You will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring timely collections from customers. This involves conducting field visits, maintaining daily collection reports, and negotiating with customers for part payments or settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough field visits to collect pending dues from customers
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls, messages, or in-person meetings for repayment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed daily collection reports for submission to the reporting manager
  • Negotiate with customers to facilitate part payments or settlements as necessary
  • Ensure that targets and timelines for collections are met, and take proactive measures to address any delays
  • Assist in identifying defaulters and taking appropriate recovery actions
  • Maintain professional behavior and adhere to all organizational protocols
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless account status updates
