Sourcing Manager Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing Manager to lead our business-related activities with suppliers, driving cost optimization and savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop procurement strategies for contingent labor, including staffing agencies, freelancers, and gig workers.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business units to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, rate cards, and performance metrics for temporary labor providers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of procurement experience, with a focus on contingent workforce and deliverables (scope-based) services procurement.
  • Proven track record in Mid-large sized MNCs.
  • Availability to work in the US time zone (4 pm onwards).
Essential Skills:
  • Project management skills to drive projects forward.
  • Familiarity with agile project delivery and outcome-based contracting.
  • Understanding of supplier diversity and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Your Key Tasks:
  • Perform all procurement and contracting activities, including pre-qualification of suppliers, tender management, negotiation, and closure of contracts.
  • Develop expert knowledge in relevant procurement categories and implement global category strategy and guidelines.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
