Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities across the organization, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory standards. They will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  2. Conduct root cause analyses to identify underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of technical data and audit readiness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-efficient practices and optimize utility consumption.
  5. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards throughout maintenance activities.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead a team of technicians.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient practices and optimization of utility consumption.
