Our organization is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and management of our private portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversight of daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal properties.
    • Single point of contact for estate-related issues.
  • Technical Oversight & Maintenance
    • Timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure including:
    • Diesel Generators (DG sets)
    • Electrical systems and backup power
    • Lifts and elevators
    • Water pumps and plumbing
    • Firefighting and fire safety systems
    • HVAC systems
    • Surveillance systems
    • Regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems.
  • Staff Supervision & Coordination
    • Lead and manage a team of house managers at different locations.
    • Performance standards and execution of duties monitoring.
    • Training and technical guidance provision to on-site teams.
    • Documentation of service logs, technical reports, and property records.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
    • Liaison with vendors, contractors, and AMC providers.
    • Evaluation of performance and timely service delivery within agreed SLAs.
    • Negotiation of service agreements and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
    • Maintenance budgets preparation, expenditure tracking, and cost-effective operations management.
    • Recommendations for upgrades, refurbishments, and major repairs when necessary.
  • Project Management
    • Renovation and additions projects management for civil, electrical, and other disciplines.
