Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Expert to oversee the maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with a focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Implement effective preventive maintenance programs to guarantee equipment reliability, reduce energy consumption, and promote sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness and responsibility throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including design, operation, and maintenance principles.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a maintenance environment, with a commitment to upholding high standards of safety and quality.
