About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide on-site service support for customer complaints, commissioning calls, and service issue resolution across various regions.

This is a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, improving service turnaround time, and driving aftermarket business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes, with excellent technical troubleshooting ability and knowledge of installation and commissioning standards.

  • Attend field complaints;
  • Handle commissioning calls;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues;
  • Minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution;
  • Provide inputs for AMC and other aftermarket growth opportunities.

The selected candidate should possess a Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with Gas Engine experience. 3-4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators (KRA/KPIs):

  • Timely closure of customer complaints;
  • Reduction in service TAT & MTTR;
  • Successful commissioning activities;
  • Contribution to aftermarket and AMC opportunities;
  • Customer satisfaction feedback and retention.

Education and Experience:

Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

3-4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
