Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with the company's overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Foster a motivated and results-driven sales team.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
