Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our genset sales team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the diesel genset industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives, aligning with our overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends, refining our sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our diesel genset products.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving sales targets, a willingness to travel frequently, and adaptability to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape. We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of ₹10,50,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
