Global Workforce Optimization Manager

As a Workforce Management (WFM) expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimizing organizational performance. This leadership position involves overseeing the implementation of WFM policies and processes across the organization, ensuring seamless capacity planning, scheduling, and analytics-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of global trends in the Service Industry and have strong analytical skills, preferably with expertise in Power BI, SQL, or MS Access.
- This role requires experience in implementing WMG policy and Process across Organization.
- Candidates must have experience in Capacity Planning and Scheduling.
- Strong analytics experience is required.
- Awareness of global trends in the Service Industry is essential.
The selected individual will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality parameters. Additionally, they will provide guidance and mentorship to their team, drive knowledge management, and conduct performance appraisals.
This role also involves identifying training needs for direct reports and ensuring domain/developmental trainings are met.
